Após terminar o seu Higher Diploma em Tourism, Inês Moço decidiu tentar a sua sorte num país da União Europeia, a Malta. Durante o seu estágio, com duração de 6 meses, a Ms. Musu esteve sempre em contacto com a aluna, marcando encontros com amigos e antigos colegas e arranjando alojamento temporário em casa dos seus familiares, até que a Inês arranjasse o seu próprio apartamento. O estágio foi em Serviço num Restaurante de Hotel, este tornou-se um pouco problemático, devido ao facto, dos seus colegas serem maioritariamente jovens em part-time. A irresponsabilidade e indiferença dos seus colegas permitiram que a Inês crescesse ao nível pessoal, habituando-se a ter de lidar com problemas sozinha. Por outro lado, houve sempre apoio da Gerência assim como o da Ms. Musu.

Na segunda fase do seu percurso profissional, tendo terminado o BA em Hotel & Events Management, Inês decidiu viajar até aos Estados Unidos da América. Permaneceu lá 1 ano. O estágio também foi em serviço, embora com um âmbito um pouco diferente. Nos EUA, Inês estagiou num Country Club com mais 120 estagiários de todo o mundo incluindo Portugueses, com idades entre os 19 e 25 anos. Nesta oportunidade aconteceu o oposto da experiência anterior, onde a Gerência optava pelo favoritismo. No entanto, tinha o apoio dos colegas. A ideia inicial de ficar nos EUA e progredir para uma posição de gerência, foi algo que não se concretizou, pois nem sempre é como se comunica na fase de candidatura. 

Para a Inês toda esta experiência tem sido enriquecedora, apesar de todo o esforço monetário ganha-se coisas com outro valor, como amigos de todos os cantos do mundo, que abrem as portas das suas casas para visitar os seus países. Para o futuro a Inês tem a diz que: "os frutos dependem sempre de nós".

After finishing her HD in Tourism, Inês M. Moço decided to try her luck in an European Union country, Malta. During her internship, with a 6 months period, Ms. Musu was always in contact with the student, scheduling meetings with friends / former colleagues and arranging temporary housing in her family home, until Inês found her own apartment. This internship was in Service in a Hotel Restaurant, this became somewhat problematic due to the fact that, her colleagues were mostly teenagers and part-timers. The irresponsibility and indifference of her colleagues allowed Ines grew up at a personal level, forcing her to deal with problems by herself. Furthermore, there was always management support as well as, Ms. Musu's.

In the second stage of her career, after graduated from BA in Hotel Management & Events Inês decided to travel to the United States of America. She remained there for one year. This internship was also in service, although with a slightly different context. In the U.S.A , Ines worked in a Country Club with over 120 interns from all around the world including Portugal, aged between 19 and 25 years. On this occasion happened the opposite from the previous experience, where the management opted for favoritism. However, she had the support of her colleagues. The initial idea of having a internship in America was to progress to a management position, this was something that didn't occur, sometimes is not always how is communicated at the application stage.

For Inês this whole experience has been enriching, despite all the effort regarding money, there are things with another value, such as making friends from all the corners of the world, that open the doors of their homes to visit their countries. For the future Ines has one thing to say: "the outcome always depend on us."
